Research
I started my career as an academic researcher, my PhD research focused on the computational neuroscience of learning behaviors. My strong quantitative and statistical background has provided product and behavioral analytic insights across a variety of industries/companies/organizations, including Walmart, NFL, Bank of America, Diageo, Unilever, SABMiller, and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
I've spearheaded the research & development of new analytics-based products used by thousands of trainees, patients, and consumers including SaaS, digital health products, and immersive technologies. My executive experience as VP and Chief Science Officer allows me to work across backgrounds and skill sets, identifying strategic opportunities and executing against those opportunities in a highly efficient and timely manner. I work with internal commercial leaders and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
